2. Accepted Payment Methods

In some cases, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold on your account for the order amount before the transaction is fully finalized. Authorization holds are typically released automatically by your bank within a few business days if the corresponding charge is not finalized.
4.3 Declined Payments
If your payment is declined at checkout, this may be due to reasons such as insufficient funds, incorrect card details, bank security restrictions, or your card issuer’s own fraud-prevention systems. AMWON Beauty does not have visibility into the specific reason for a decline, as this information is determined by your bank or card issuer. 4.4 Order Confirmation Timing
Your order is only confirmed and processed for fulfillment once payment has been successfully authorized and captured through Stripe. If payment authorization fails, your order will not be processed, and no product will be reserved or shipped.

To protect both our customers and our business, certain transactions may be automatically flagged by Stripe’s fraud-detection systems for additional review. 5. Billing Information
5.1 You are responsible for ensuring that the billing information provided at checkout, including your name, billing address, and payment method details, is accurate, complete, and matches the information on file with your card issuer or bank. Inaccurate billing information may result in payment failure or delays in order processing.
5.2 By submitting your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used, or that you have express permission from the account holder to use it for this transaction.
5.3 AMWON Beauty reserves the right to request additional verification of billing information for orders flagged as high-risk or where fraud is suspected, in accordance with our fraud-prevention obligations.
6. Taxes
6.1 Sales Tax & VAT
Applicable sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or other applicable transaction taxes will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, the applicable tax laws of your jurisdiction, and the products in your order. 7.4 Fraud Monitoring
Stripe employs advanced, machine-learning-based fraud detection (including Stripe Radar) to continuously monitor transactions for suspicious activity, helping protect both AMWON Beauty and our customers from unauthorized or fraudulent charges.
7.5 Your Responsibility
While AMWON Beauty and Stripe implement robust security measures, you also play an important role in protecting your own payment information. We recommend that you:

In most cases, we are able to resolve billing concerns, order issues, or refund requests quickly and directly.

9.3 Customers who file fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks (for example, disputing a legitimate, successfully delivered order) may be subject to account suspension and restriction from future purchases at AMWON Beauty’s sole discretion.
10. Saved Payment Methods (If Applicable)
10.1 If AMWON Beauty offers the option to save a payment method for faster future checkout, this information is stored securely within Stripe’s tokenized vault system and is not stored in raw form on AMWON Beauty’s own servers.
