1.2 Order Verification
For your protection, certain orders may undergo additional verification, including fraud-prevention screening or payment authorization checks, which may extend processing time by an additional 1–2 business days. If your order requires additional verification, our team will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
1.3 Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately. This confirms that we have received your order but does not yet confirm dispatch. A separate shipping confirmation email, including your tracking information, will be sent once your order has been processed and handed to our shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Costs
3.1 Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method, and are displayed transparently at checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden shipping fees at AMWON Beauty.
3.2 AMWON Beauty may periodically offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders, which will be clearly communicated on our website, at checkout, or through promotional communications. Free shipping offers are subject to specific terms, including minimum order values and eligible shipping destinations, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
3.3 Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the return or refund is due to an error on the part of AMWON Beauty (such as an incorrect or defective item shipped), as further outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
4. International Shipping & Customs

6. Shipping Address Accuracy
6.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete, accurate, and up to date. AMWON Beauty is not responsible for orders delayed, misdirected, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6.3 Orders returned to AMWON Beauty due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be subject to re-shipping fees before being sent out again.
7. Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages
7.1 Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@amwonbeauty.com with your order number so we can investigate the delay with our shipping carrier.
7.2 Lost Packages
In the rare event that a package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, AMWON Beauty will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement shipment or a full refund, at our discretion, once the loss has been verified with the carrier.
7.3 Packages Marked as “Delivered” but Not Received
If tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps before contacting us:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building/front desk staff who may have received the package on your behalf.
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation for accuracy.
- Allow 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered slightly ahead of actual arrival.
If the package still cannot be located after these steps, please contact info@amwonbeauty.com, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
7.4 Stolen Packages
AMWON Beauty is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier that are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery. We recommend customers select a secure delivery location or consider signature-required delivery for high-value orders where available.
8. Package Inspection Upon Delivery
We encourage customers to inspect their package upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, with visibly tampered packaging, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@amwonbeauty.com with your order number and photographic evidence, so we can resolve the issue promptly in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Multiple Shipments & Partial Shipments
9.1 For orders containing multiple items, AMWON Beauty may, at our discretion, ship items separately (in multiple packages) to ensure the fastest possible delivery of available inventory, particularly when items are fulfilled from different warehouse locations.
9.2 If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking information for each package at no additional shipping cost to you.
10. Undeliverable Packages & Return to Sender
10.1 If a package is returned to AMWON Beauty as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failure to claim the package, refusal of delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts by the carrier, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (subject to an additional shipping fee) or process a refund minus original shipping costs, at our discretion.
11. P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
Depending on the shipping carrier and destination, AMWON Beauty may be able to deliver to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Availability will be indicated at checkout based on your provided shipping address. Delivery timeframes to these addresses may vary from our standard estimates.
