At AMWON Beauty, we understand that circumstances can change quickly after placing an order — you may reconsider a purchase, notice an error, or simply change your mind before your order has shipped. This Cancellation Policy explains, in complete detail, when order cancellations are possible, how to request one, our processing timelines, and what happens once an order has already entered fulfillment or shipping.

This Cancellation Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Payment Policy. By placing an order with AMWON Beauty, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We have designed this policy to give customers a genuine, fair opportunity to cancel an order before it enters our shipping process, while protecting the operational integrity of our fulfillment system once an order is already in motion.


1. Our Core Cancellation Standard

AMWON Beauty processes orders quickly in order to deliver your premium beauty products as fast as possible. Because of this, cancellation requests can only be honored before an order has been processed and handed to our shipping carrier. Our standard order processing time is 1–3 business days from the date of purchase, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

If you request a cancellation before your order has shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped by the time your cancellation request is received, we are unable to cancel it — at that point, your order will follow the process outlined in our Return & Refund Policy once it arrives.

We strongly encourage customers to submit cancellation requests as soon as possible after placing an order, as our fulfillment team begins preparing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.


2. When Cancellation Is Possible

You may request a cancellation of your order under the following conditions:

  1. Order Not Yet Processed or Shipped — Your order is still within our processing window (typically 1–3 business days from purchase) and has not yet been packed, dispatched, or handed to a shipping carrier.
  2. Request Submitted Promptly — You contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order, ideally within a few hours, to maximize the likelihood that your order has not yet entered fulfillment.
  3. Order Placed Directly on AMWON Beauty — The order was placed directly through our official website (amwonbeauty.com). Orders placed through third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, or Walmart) must be cancelled according to that specific platform’s cancellation procedures.

If your cancellation request meets these conditions and our team confirms your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.


3. When Cancellation Is NOT Possible

To maintain fast, reliable fulfillment for all customers, AMWON Beauty is unable to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  1. Order Already Shipped — Once an order has been packed, dispatched, and handed to our shipping carrier, it can no longer be cancelled. At this stage, if you no longer want the item, you may decline delivery where possible, or the order will be handled through our Return & Refund Policy once received, subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in that policy (damaged, incorrect, or defective items only — correctly shipped and opened products are not eligible for return).
  2. Custom, Personalized, or Made-to-Order Items — If AMWON Beauty offers any customized, personalized, or made-to-order products, these cannot be cancelled once production or preparation has begun, due to the item’s non-resalable nature.
  3. Final Sale / Clearance Orders — Orders for items explicitly marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed, in the same way they are not eligible for return.
  4. Orders Already in Fulfillment Processing — If our fulfillment team has already begun preparing, packing, or labeling your order for shipment, even if it has not yet been physically picked up by the carrier, we may be unable to stop the process in time, depending on how far the order has progressed.
  5. Gift Card Purchases — Gift card purchases are final and cannot be cancelled once issued, consistent with our Return & Refund Policy.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

Step 1: Contact Us Immediately

As soon as you decide to cancel your order, email our customer support team at info@amwonbeauty.com or call us at +1 (307) 301-3026 during business hours. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order
  • A brief reason for the cancellation (optional, but helpful for our records)

Step 2: Order Status Verification

Our customer support team will immediately check the status of your order in our fulfillment system to determine whether it is still eligible for cancellation.

Step 3: Confirmation

  • If your order has not yet shipped: We will confirm the cancellation via email and process a full refund to your original payment method.
  • If your order has already shipped: We will notify you that cancellation is no longer possible, and provide guidance on next steps, including how to proceed under our Return & Refund Policy once the order arrives, if applicable.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Approved cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, consistent with the refund timeline described in our Return & Refund Policy.


5. Partial Order Cancellations

If your order contains multiple items and you wish to cancel only part of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the remaining items have not yet shipped, we will do our best to remove the specified item(s) and issue a partial refund for the cancelled portion, adjusting shipping costs where applicable.


6. Cancellations Due to AMWON Beauty

In rare cases, AMWON Beauty may need to cancel all or part of an order due to reasons such as:

  • Product unavailability or unexpected stock shortages
  • Pricing or product description errors identified after purchase
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or payment authorization failure
  • Inability to ship to the provided address due to legal or logistical restrictions

If AMWON Beauty cancels your order for any of these reasons, we will notify you promptly by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will always communicate clearly and promptly when this occurs.


7. Order Modifications (Address, Item, or Quantity Changes)

7.1 If you need to modify your order — such as correcting a shipping address, changing a product variant, or adjusting quantity — please contact us as soon as possible at info@amwonbeauty.com.

7.2 As with cancellations, modifications can only be accommodated if the order has not yet entered our shipping process. Once an order has shipped, changes can no longer be made, and any necessary correction will need to be handled through our Return & Refund Policy or Shipping Policy, as applicable.


8. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

8.1 All approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method used at checkout. AMWON Beauty does not issue cash refunds for cancelled orders.

8.2 Refunds for cancelled orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

8.3 If your cancellation is approved before your order ships, you will receive a full refund, including any shipping fees charged at checkout, as no shipping service was rendered.


9. Customer Responsibility

To give yourself the best chance of a successful cancellation, we recommend:

  • Reviewing your order carefully before completing checkout.
  • Contacting us as quickly as possible if you wish to cancel, ideally within a few hours of placing your order.
  • Providing your order number and account email when reaching out, to help our team locate and act on your request quickly.

10. Fraud Prevention

AMWON Beauty reserves the right to review and, where appropriate, decline cancellation requests that show signs of abuse, repeated pattern misuse, or fraudulent intent, in order to protect the integrity of this policy for all genuine customers.


11. Changes to This Cancellation Policy

AMWON Beauty reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time to reflect changes in our fulfillment processes, business operations, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. The policy in effect at the time your order was placed will govern that specific order.
