This Return & Refund Policy explains, in complete and transparent detail, exactly when a return or refund is available, the process for requesting one, how exchanges work, how refunds are issued, how we handle damaged items, and the specific exceptions where returns and refunds are not offered. 1. Our Core Return & Refund Standard

AMWON Beauty offers a 15-day return and refund window, beginning from the date of delivery, for issues that fall within the eligible categories described in Section 2 below. We designed this policy around a simple, fair principle:

If something is genuinely wrong with your order — the product is damaged, incorrect, or not in good condition — we will make it right through a return, exchange, or refund. If your order arrived exactly as described, correctly shipped, and undamaged, and the product has been opened, we are unable to offer a return or refund, in order to protect the hygiene, safety, and authenticity of every beauty product we sell.

This standard reflects both our commitment to customer satisfaction and the health, safety, and quality-control practices required in the professional beauty and skincare industry.


2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, your request must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Within the Return Window — Your request must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking confirmation.
  2. Valid Qualifying Reason — Your return must fall into one of the following approved categories:
    • Damaged Product — The product arrived physically damaged, broken, leaking, crushed, or otherwise compromised during shipping or handling.
    • Incorrect Item Received — The product received does not match what was ordered (wrong product, wrong shade/variant, wrong size, or incomplete order).
    • Product Not in Good Condition — The product shows signs of poor quality, defect, contamination, spoilage, unusual texture or smell, broken seals upon arrival (indicating tampering or manufacturing defect), or any other condition suggesting the product is not safe or suitable for use.
    • Quality or Manufacturing Defect — The product does not function or perform as intended due to a manufacturing fault.
  3. Proof of Issue — You provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage, incorrect item, or condition issue, along with your order number, at the time of your request.
  4. Original Order — The item must have been purchased directly from AMWON Beauty’s official website (amwonbeauty.com). Items purchased through third-party marketplaces or unauthorized resellers must be returned according to that platform’s return policy.

If your return request meets all of the above conditions, AMWON Beauty will approve your return and provide a full refund, replacement, or exchange, based on your preference and product availability.


3. When Returns & Refunds Are NOT Offered

To protect the safety, hygiene, and authenticity of our beauty and skincare products — a standard maintained by premium beauty brands worldwide — AMWON Beauty does not offer returns or refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. Correctly Shipped, Undamaged, and Opened Products — If your order was shipped correctly, matches exactly what you ordered, arrived in good condition without damage or defect, and the product packaging or seal has been opened or used, the item is not eligible for return or refund. This includes situations where a customer simply changes their mind, no longer wants the product, or ordered the wrong shade or scent by personal preference rather than a fulfillment error.
  2. Change of Mind — We are unable to accept returns based solely on a change of preference once a correctly delivered, undamaged product has been opened.
  3. Hygiene-Sensitive Products (Once Opened, With No Qualifying Defect) — Certain beauty and skincare categories, including but not limited to lip products, eye products, skincare applied directly to skin, and any item where the seal has been broken, cannot be returned once opened unless the item qualifies under Section 2 (damaged, incorrect, or defective).
  4. Requests Submitted After 15 Days — Return and refund requests submitted after the 15-day window from the delivery date will not be accepted, regardless of reason.
  5. Gift Cards — Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where required by applicable law.
  6. Final Sale / Clearance Items — Products explicitly marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund.
  7. Products Without Proof of Purchase — Items without a valid AMWON Beauty order number or proof of purchase cannot be processed for return or refund.
  8. Third-Party Marketplace Purchases — Products purchased through Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, or any other third-party channel must follow that specific platform’s return and refund process, not this policy.

We ask for your understanding that these exceptions exist to protect the quality, safety, and trust that define the AMWON Beauty experience for every customer.


4. The Return Process — Step by Step

Step 1: Contact Us Within 15 Days

Email our support team at info@amwonbeauty.com within 15 days of your delivery date. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue (damaged, incorrect item, or poor condition)
  • Clear photographs or video evidence of the product and its packaging
  • Your preferred resolution (refund, replacement, or exchange)

Step 2: Review & Approval

Our customer support team will carefully review your request and evidence, typically within 1–3 business days. If additional information is needed, we will reach out to you directly.

Step 3: Return Authorization

If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization along with instructions for returning the item, including the return shipping address and any applicable prepaid shipping label (provided at no cost to you when the issue is due to an AMWON Beauty error, such as a damaged or incorrect item).

Step 4: Ship the Item Back

Securely package the item, including all original components, and ship it back to the address provided in your Return Authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Step 5: Inspection

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it matches the details of your original request, typically within 2–4 business days of receipt.

Step 6: Resolution

Once your return is verified, we will process your refund, replacement, or exchange according to your preference, as detailed in Sections 5 and 6 below.


5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. AMWON Beauty does not issue cash refunds.

5.2 Refund Timeline

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

5.3 What Is Refunded

  • If the issue is due to an AMWON Beauty error (damaged item, incorrect item, or defective product), you will receive a full refund, including any original shipping charges paid.
  • Return shipping costs for qualifying issues (damaged, incorrect, or defective items) will be covered by AMWON Beauty.

5.4 Partial Refunds

In select cases, such as when only part of a multi-item order is affected, AMWON Beauty may issue a partial refund corresponding to the affected item(s) only.


6. Exchanges

6.1 If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund for a qualifying issue (damaged, incorrect, or defective product), AMWON Beauty will ship a replacement of the correct, undamaged item once your return request has been approved.

6.2 If the original item is no longer available due to inventory limitations, we will offer you the choice of a comparable product, store credit, or a full refund.

6.3 Exchange shipments are processed with the same care and priority as new orders, and you will receive a new tracking number once your exchange item has shipped.


7. Damaged Items

7.1 Reporting Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@amwonbeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of both the damaged product and its outer packaging. This helps us process your claim quickly and, where applicable, file a claim with our shipping carrier.

7.2 Resolution for Damaged Items

Once a damaged item claim is verified, AMWON Beauty will offer you the choice of:

  • A full replacement of the damaged item, shipped at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method, including original shipping costs.

7.3 Do Not Discard Packaging

Please retain the original packaging and shipping materials until your claim has been fully resolved, as we may request additional documentation or, in rare cases, ask for the item to be returned for quality assurance purposes.


8. Incorrect Items Received

If you receive a product that does not match your order confirmation (wrong item, shade, size, or quantity), please contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the item received. AMWON Beauty will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost, along with a prepaid return label for the incorrect item, or issue a full refund at your preference.


9. Products Not in Good Condition

If a product arrives in poor condition — including issues such as unusual texture, separation, discoloration, unusual odor, contamination, or a broken manufacturer’s seal upon first opening — please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photographic evidence. AMWON Beauty takes product quality and safety extremely seriously and will investigate every such report promptly, offering a replacement or full refund once verified.


10. Order Cancellations

11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the timeframe outlined in Section 5.2, please take the following steps before contacting us:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times can vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often additional processing time before a refund is posted.

12. Return Shipping Costs

12.1 For returns approved under a qualifying issue (damaged, incorrect, or defective item), AMWON Beauty will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

12.2 As correctly shipped, undamaged, opened products are not eligible for return under this policy (see Section 3), return shipping cost responsibility does not arise in non-qualifying situations, as such returns will not be accepted.


13. Customer Responsibility

To help ensure a smooth return and refund experience, customers are asked to:

  • Inspect all orders promptly upon delivery.
  • Report any damaged, incorrect, or poor-condition items within the applicable timeframes described in this policy.
  • Retain original packaging, receipts, and order confirmations until any issue has been fully resolved.
  • Provide clear and accurate photographic or video evidence when submitting a claim.

14. Fraud Prevention

AMWON Beauty reserves the right to decline a return, refund, or exchange request where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, repeated abuse of this policy, misrepresentation of a product’s condition, or any other conduct inconsistent with good-faith use of this policy.
